Usually, when someone joins a gym they are doing it because they want to be more fit, look better and be stronger. They also go to the gym thinking they will get results quickly and easily, and that's why they give up to another month. They do not see immediate results, after all their hard work and they just make excuses not to go to the gym more. They are either going to say they are too busy, that their new job does not allow them, the school did not allow them, or that the bad gene.
This is where the hardcore bodybuilding comes into play. It takes a lot of effort to become a hardcore bodybuilder. Not only that, but the knowledge, discipline and hard work.
for "Bodybuilding" is defined as "the process of developing the musculature of the body through specific types of diet and physical activity, such as weightlifting, especially for competitive exhibition ."
Most people want to bodybuilders, have alot of of muscle ,but they do not want to work hard enough .
Hardcore bodybuilding is defined as "extreme hard work, dedication, discipline, knowledge, strength and hard work are used to achieve the incredible body, with incredible power.
Hardcore bodybuilding is the key to becoming a true bodybuilder.
Most people do not want to work too hard to achieve your goals you intend to use an excuse like: "I want to be fit, but not too muscular Maybe just cut and toned .."
Most women who are also not willing to work hard enough to say: "I do not want to be too muscular and look like a man I just want to get my legs toned and have a small waist .."
As a coach, I learned that the most common excuses that lazy people will use. They use these excuses, because in their mind, they are really mean just going to the gym for about a year and expect to get super fit and hot, but then quit and maintain a perfect body until you get old it would be impossible.
That would be the perfect body while, even after they are old, you have to work your whole life, and people do not understand that. They say something like: I'm just gonna work for a few months to start showing my abs and then I'll stop, "ABS need maintenance too, and if you do not exercise often they will just disappear under a layer of fat..
Hardcore bodybuilding is not just a phase like everyone thinks. You have to turn it into a way of life, and I think it's a way to keep healthy in order to achieve the goals you want to maintain them.
